- Owner's annual maintenance fee must be paid before arrival date of guest.
- Cancellation cannot be made 45 days or less prior to arrival date unless a prior
agreement has been made. Any reservation not paid in full 45 days prior to arrival date is
subject to cancellation and reassignment without refund. Renter is entitled to refund of
amount paid for cancellations made more than 45 days prior to arrival date. All
cancellation issues should be handled directly between the owner of the unit and the
- Guests are bound by all of the resort's rules and regulations.
- Guests are totally responsible for any and all damages caused by them to the unit and/or
- Guests are totally responsible for any incurred costs at the resort as well as any other
travel related costs.
- A particular unit assignment can not be guaranteed and may be changed by the resort to a
unit of the same size and occupancy.
